Every Tesel launch follows the same thirty-day rhythm. It is not because every product is the same, but because the approval points are.
Week one: brief, CAD and shot list
We receive production CAD under NDA, run a kickoff call and leave with a shot list mapped to the pages and placements the launch needs. By day three you see a clay pass.
Weeks two and three: lookdev and motion
Materials are matched, lighting is blocked and the animatic is approved in low resolution. Nothing expensive renders until the story is signed off.
Week four: render, grade, deliver
Final frames go to the farm, are graded to your brand book and cut for every placement. The scene files come with them, so the next colourway is a re-render.

Launch strategy
Why your pre-order page should launch before your prototype does
Hardware teams wait for samples to start marketing. The ones that win start the day the CAD freezes.
