Terms
These terms apply to all projects between Tesel Studio ApS and its clients unless a signed statement of work says otherwise.
Scope and approvals
Each project has a written scope with deliverables, revision rounds and dates. Motion and lighting are approved at low resolution before final rendering; changes after final approval are quoted as add-ons.
Payment
Fixed-scope plans are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days. Partner plans are invoiced monthly in advance.
Ownership and usage
On final payment you receive full, worldwide, perpetual commercial rights to all deliverables and the scene files. We may show the work in our portfolio only after your public launch, and only with your approval.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is treated as confidential under a mutual NDA, signed before any files are exchanged. This obligation survives the end of the project.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. These terms are governed by Danish law.
